The concept of QUALITY appeared in the eighties of the last century in the United States of America with the increasing pace of global economic competition and the invasion of Japanese industry into global markets.Quality is essentially an entrepreneurial concept that is linked to productivity and profitability, and it has moved to the field of education, given that the educational institution is an institution for producing competencies and expertise capable of innovation and creativity, without which industrial companies cannot develop their production and improve their products.There are several definitions of quality, including: a way to think better, through which an educational institution can lead most of its outputs towards excellence and creativity. Quality as a term means precision and mastery through commitment to following standard standards in performance.It can be said that quality: a philosophy and comparison in the management and leadership of educational units and systems, a philosophy based on a set of values and principles that employ a systematic approach and statistical tools with the aim of continuously improving the ability of a particular system to respond to the immediate and future needs of its beneficiaries.
